The Story Behind DREAMSHIFT METHOD

I believe meaningful transformation begins when we stop working against ourselves and start working with our minds.

My fascination with human behaviour and lasting change began long before I became a hypnotherapist. I earned a BA Honours in Psychology and later a Master of Science, before spending more than 15 years working one-on-one in healthcare, supporting people through challenges, change, and personal growth.

Throughout my career, I became fascinated by one question:

Why is lasting change so difficult, even when we know exactly what we need to do?

We can read the books, listen to the podcasts, understand our patterns, and know all the right strategies—yet still find ourselves repeating the same thoughts, habits, and behaviours.

Everything changed when I discovered hypnosis.

For the first time, personal growth felt less like another self-improvement project and more like working with my mind instead of against it. I experienced how gentle, subconscious change could create shifts that willpower alone often couldn't.

That experience inspired me to create DREAMSHIFT METHOD.

Today, I combine psychology, evidence-informed hypnosis, and years of compassionate one-to-one care to help women reconnect with themselves in a way that feels calm, supportive, and lasting.
